Kelly has been very active in the community, serving as a prior Board Member of Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, Committee Co-Chair of Fund Development and Marketing, and Past Committee Member of Nominating. She is a current board member of the First Weber Foundation. Kelly is serving as an Ambassador & Committee member for the 100th Anniversary of Hear Wisconsin. She is also a Lifetime Member of Prestigious Company Rankings, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, & and an Accredited Buyer Agent Representative.
Over 85% of Kelly’s business base has steadily consisted of referral & repeat client business, with the remainder of her business coming from her circle, internet leads, & relocation business. She has extensive experience with many complicated aspects of the real estate business, including but not limited to environmental issues, creative marketing, contract negotiations, effective inspections & thorough testing, appraisal process, financial packaging, timing of buying or selling, staging in preparation of sale, multiple offers, & complicated closings.
Kelly received her Undergraduate Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in Business and Information Technology & has extensive business experience with Accenture & Robert W. Baird prior to entering the real estate industry.
Kelly is a lifetime resident of the Milwaukee area & is very familiar with real estate markets in Ozaukee & the North Shore, as well as Downtown Milwaukee, the Third Ward, Brookfield/Elm Grove, Wauwatosa, Bay View, Menomonee Falls, Washington County, Germantown, and the Lake Country areas.
She currently resides in both Sanibel Florida and Sturgeon Bay with her husband John.
