Amelia is a full time Lead Sales Executive with Mattson Real Estate Group of First Weber, Inc. and has consistently been part of the leading sales team in the First Weber North Shore Office for the past 8 years. She consistently achieves $8-12 million in individual sales and manages an additional $12 million in team sales each year.

Over her 20 years of sales and corporate marketing experience with local companies including DCI Marketing, Frank Mayer & Associates, and FIS/Metavante as a Marketing Director, Amelia has managed the marketing strategy for Financial Technology business lines resulting in over $660 million in revenue.

Amelia received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in Marketing and Advertising. Her career experience has given her the unparalleled ability to successfully bring your property to market: preparing and packaging your home for sale, targeting your listing to get your home seen by the right buyers, and building a comprehensive marketing plan to optimize traffic and get your home sold. Amelia is a tech-savvy professional with skills in leveraging social media and online marketing to bring properties to market and effectively target/position a home for sale.

As a Metro Milwaukee resident for over 20 years, Amelia possesses the market knowledge, contacts, and experience to bring buyers and sellers together. She is easily reachable and responsive via cell phone, texts, personal and company website, email, and social networking sites. She is truly a hands-on service professional and strives to guide buyers and sellers through the entire sales process, from preparing and staging a home for sale to marketing, negotiations, contingency, and deadline tracking.

Amelia is an active community member and volunteer, including PTO board member, soccer club manager, and catechist. She is a lifetime Wisconsin resident, currently residing in Whitefish Bay with her husband and two sons. She enjoys cooking, sports, photography, spending time with family, and volunteering in her personal time.
